1. Services Provided

We offer manpower, staffing, and support services. These are custom-tailored and typically non-refundable once delivered or initiated.
 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed

  • A payment was made in error

  • A cancellation was made before the service began

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
 

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Services already rendered

  • Delays caused by client inaction or missing documents

  • Situations outside our control (e.g. legal restrictions, third-party issues)
